SSC prepared for February next year and HSC in June. The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and identical examinations for 2024 will be held in the second week of February. Furthermore, Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent examinations will be held in the second week of June.

During the pandemic (COVID19) lots of changes have happened and the board of our education system constantly changed since then. And for those circumstances, a huge part of students face troubles in their education life including their studies on short syllabus.

The Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee has determined that next year’s Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations are anticipated to commence in mid-February while the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and equivalent exams are assigned to be held in mid-June. The decision was taken on Tuesday, 5 September. So it’s confirmed that SSC prepared for February next year and HSC in June. The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and identical examinations for 2024 will be held in the second week of February. 

Tapan Kumar Sarkar, Inter-Education Board Coordination Committee President said, “The HSC exam will be finalized with a shortened syllabus, whereas the SSC exam will cover the whole syllabus.”

According to the Inter-Education Board, the SSC examination is scheduled for February next year, and HSC in June. The form Fill-up notice will also published soon this month and for any updates keep an eye on the news section on this site. SSC exam form filling will start on October 30. Full notification along with the form fillup schedule will be published in due course.

This letter has been sent to the head teachers and principals of all the educational institutions under the Dhaka Education Board. Examination is the only method of assessment in any field. The SSC exam is the first milestone in the life of every student. Scientist Franklin said that a genius without education is like silver in a mine. Ten years of education is evaluated through the SSC examination. So this exam is the first step in every student’s life as the journey of higher education begins. This SSC exam is the way to determine the goal of life. Like everything else, this test method has been improved by making many constructive changes.

According to this notice, SSC prepared for February next year and HSC in June. The Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and identical examinations for 2024 will be held in the second week of February and the SSC Form fill-up starts on 30 October this year and the exam should be held in February 2024. Though there is no update about HSC yet, we will inform you soon when the news is published.
