This User ID is necessary to capitulate the application fee. The examination fee of TK 350/- can be remitted by sending 02 SMS using any Teletalk Pre-paid Mobile number. 18th Teacher Registration Recruitment Exam Admit Card Download:

Receipt of the Admit Card will be informed in due course through SMS on the mobile number provided by the candidate. After receiving an SMS candidate can download his admit card from the http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd website.

Admit Card of Preliminary Test: User ID and Password will be sent to the mobile number of the candidate through SMS from Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd. after depositing the prescribed test fee as per the instructions of paragraph 5. Candidates can download their preliminary test admit card on time by using the sent User ID and Password.

Written Test Admit Card: After the release of the results of the candidates who passed the preliminary test, the admit card will be uploaded to the website http://ntrca.teletalk.com.bd in favor of the successful candidates. Passed candidates can download the admit card for the written exam on time after receiving the SMS using the previously provided User ID and Password.

Conditions for Participation in the 18th Teacher Registration Recruitment Exam:

According to the Private Teacher Registration and Certification Authority (NTRCA) 18th Teacher Recruitment Registration Recruitment Circular 2023, the recruitment test will be conducted in two stages.

1. written test

2. oral examination

3. Computer proficiency test for other qualifications. (as per rank).

Participation in the oral test will be extended exclusively to those candidates who successfully pass the written test. During the oral examination, all candidates must be prepared to furnish the following documents. Original copy of training certificate where applicable. Original copy of National Identity Card. Original copy of any other certificate required by the authority to be produced at the time of oral examination.

All photocopies of certificates, photographs, and any other relevant documents must bear the attestation of a first-class gazetted officer. The attestation should include the officer’s name, designation, official seal, and signature.

18th Teacher Registration Exam Circular 2023- Preliminary Test Mark Distribution

A. The date, venue, and schedule of the preliminary test will be published later in the form of notification in the national daily newspaper and the website NTRCA. The matter will also be notified through SMS on the mobile phone.

B. Candidates have to participate in the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) Type Preliminary Test of 100 (one hundred) marks. The full duration of the exam is 1 (one) hour. Answer sheets with Optical Mark Readable Litho Code will be computer evaluated in an OMR machine.

C. There will be a total of 100 (one hundred) questions in this exam. Candidates will get 1 (one) mark for each correct answer, but for wrong answers 0.25 (decimal two five) marks will be deducted from the total marks obtained for each wrong answer.

D. The decision given by NTRCA will be final in determining the eligibility of the candidates to appear in the Preliminary Test and their performance in the Preliminary Test. Pass marks in the preliminary test are 40%.

E. Candidates will participate in the preliminary test in 3 stages namely-

(1) School stage

(2) School stage and

(3) College stage separate question paper.

• The duration of the written examination for each subject of 100 (one hundred) marks is 3 (three) hours.
